T Anwyl & Son Ltd was established in Rhyl in 1930 as a joinery and woodworking contractor. During the early years, it steadily grew alongside the developing seaside resort town. As the company expanded and more land was purchased, a new company was established on 16 May 1965: Anwyl Construction.

The company has grown extensively, building a successful reputation with a proven track record as one of the leading Contractors and Housing Developers in North Wales. Anwyl directly employs approximately 140 staff, along with a competent and capable core of subcontractors and suppliers, all of whom are testament to the firm’s success.
