Celebrating Excellence: Ali Thomas Awarded Fellowship by IEP
We are proud to reveal that our Chief Executive Ali Thomas has been awarded Fellowship of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP). This is a very well-deserved honour for Ali’s dedication and hard work over the years around employability.

“With such seismic changes currently underway in employability support, it’s so important to be linked in with a professional body that understands the opportunities and challenges, and is there to support and represent its members.

RCS has been a corporate member of the IEP for several years, and during that time we have seen our staff team benefit greatly from the professional support, training and guidance we’ve received through our membership.
